I have readded my auto payment details for the 2nd time. I love your svc but i want the payments to come out automatically and i have done this 2 x.
What is the problem

@rylanc2008 Have you entered the addressee info exactly how it appears on your statement. All caps or a combination of caps and small letters. Directional address? 123 west 1st ave or 123 1st ave west or 123 1st ave W or avenue? Try exactly as printed.

Do you have a different credit card that you can try?

Best to contact the moderators to ge them to sort it out once and for all.
Use the at bottom right to start a ticket. Give them your pin number and phone number. Cheers

Are you able to manually load funds into your available balance? Is your phone working right now?
With credit card information for autopay, the address has be be exactly the billing address. If apartment number, leave that section blank.
