I think this is going to be an issue with a lot of people.
I have a really old account. I have been keeping it active without a sim to hold a vanity number. I do not have use of the email anymore. I’ve been paying it after 89 days for the last 4+ years.
Can you help with taking the 2FA off this account?
please send an email address or some other form of contact to get this resolved ASAP

Contact customer support to change the email. Worse case scenario buy a pm voucher and add it by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Then press (1) and (1) again and enter 12 digit pin #. For additional info on vouchers read this post....
BTW...if you have the $10 50/50 legacy plan pm changed the plan terms and raised the price 30% from $10 to $13.

Yes, PM support can update an email for you. Just need to open ticket for them
Once you get back access, you can turn off the 2FA security code to send to email address
To open ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or private message to CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
