Why am I being directed to Telus Identity when trying to access two of my Self Serve account to make a payment.

I have used 4 different web browsers continually all day

PLEASE EXPLAIN

It's the new account access method.

From the home page (or even many pages) hover over Sign in in the upper right which pops down My Account and My Rewards.

Click on My Account

This takes you to the new login screen (which is about the same as the new rewards login method that rolled out a while ago).

Here you enter the email address (login id) of the self serve account that you want to access and the matching password for it just like you used to before.

That will take you to the new account system.

I'm not understanding your difficulty with this to be able to help you more.

Telus also owns Koodo and Public.

You have stated that My Account is now transferred to Telus.  I am trying to access "SELF SERVE"

FOR 2 ACCOUNTS SO THAT i CAN REVIEW MY PHONE USAGE AND MAKE PAYMENTS AND ADD CASH TO THE ACCOUNTS.  

I have logged in to the Telus Identity with a new password .  IT GOES NOWHERE.

This has resulted in one of the account phones being discontinued today because I could not get into my Self serve account to make a payment.

THIS FRUSTRATION HAS CAUSED ME A DISERVICE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE

There was a complete re-do of the self-serve account today. And yes my noscript add-on in firefox detected a cross-site script going to telus. I would usually block those but this is all telus.

Maybe you need to look at letting down your guard a little just for here.

@Melvs did you try to login?

 

Yes, Telus owns PM and My Account has moved to the new system today, it's on Telus server and hence you will notice it is in fact logging into https://telusidentity.telus.com/  .  But no worry, you are not in the wrong place.  Login , enjoy the new site

@Melvs , the new self serve portal rolled out today.  As part of the rollout, Public Mobile has used a different URL.  It points to Telus now.  No big deal, it works.
