The authentication codes are going to a previous phone number, not the number I have now. How can this be corrected?

Under where you enter the code you should see did not get code. Click on it and you can have the code sent to your email

@hsrussel Log in to your account by selecting "didn't get the code" which should give you the email option. Once you are logged in go to your Eversafe profile and edit the phone number there to change it to your current one.

@hsrussel Do you see option says “ didn’t get code “ tap it and you should get option to send code by email and update your number in your profile page manage ever safe ID
