Are mods available on new year's day?

Totally understandable if they're not, but I'm catching a flight back to Canada and there's something I'd like to get resolved before I land so I have cell service to get directions home.

Our mods were available yesterday but we experienced an increased amount of messages which resulted in longer wait times. Rest assured that someone will get back to you today!

It's hard to tell whether anyone is at work today.  There was report of activity with the moderator team sign on.  I have not been able to detect any activity with any of the moderator team individual account logins today.
