I signed up a couple of days ago and my SIM card has already arrived!
My daughter signed up yesterday so she hadn't received her SIM card yet.
Can she use "my" sim card to activate her account or is it connected to my account? Her existing mobile account ends in a few days so it would be useful if she could use "my " sim card now.

@Jim418 Yes she can use your sim and activate it with her account on the app . And you can use hers when it arrives logging into your newly created account. On the app to activate that her SIM card

@Jim418 no, the sim card you received is not tie with any account yet. So, you can use yours for your daughter and wait for the 2nd one to come for your own account
To tie the sim to an account, login My Account using the app, enter the sim card number and complete the rest of the step (phone number choose or porting)
