Hello, I think I did something wrong when I transferred my son's fido phone number to PM and I want to know how to get him the $10 off promo and have my number as a referral so I could get the $1 off my monthly bill.

you have submitted the ticket with PM agent already to add the code back?
Sorry, the new $34 plan is for new activation only. You already activated with another plan, you cannot change it to the new one.

Hello, the system has changed and therefore I think I did not enter or send the invite ***** prior to my son creating his account....although the payments are being done on my credit card. Also I only noticed after the fact that on my login there is a 5G 40GB for $34/month, could he change to that plan right away as it is more affordable. Appreciate all you do and thank you for your time.

It the referral code was entered correctly. You will get a text:
“Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer A Friend Reward - way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Rewards”.
Your son should see the $10 credit inhis account in 72 hours and you will get your $1 or 1 point/month in a day or so.

@Valcatraz , you put in the referral code when signing up with Public Mobile. Please send CS_Agent a message for help to see if they will make an exception to add it for you to his account! They may tell you that he needs to contact them from his own community account.
