When I try to log into the app it tells me my password is wrong. If I go to the website it works no problem..

No, I didn't use a VPN. Last time I tried messing around with it I changed the password and it still didn't work so I last ditch effort tried the web browser and that always works. I'll try again that then contact support. Thank you!

hi @Brilhad you didn't use any VPN , did you? 

use the browser to change the password, then wait a day to try login in app. 

if same, ask PM agent to help,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I had this issue on my old phone and recently switched phones, this was my first attempt at using the app on this phone and it's doing the same thing.

please try uninstall and reboot phone and reinstall the app
