HI,
I'm a PM customer who fits the criteria for the eSim download to a new device...
I lost my iPhone a few days ago which is live somewhere out in the ether (it still rings and my PM plan is live).
I now have a temp new device and want to get an eSim for it with my same number. I went to customer service chatbot: it said to log into my official PM account to start this process but OBVIOUSLY I cannot because my official account needs a code to be able login (which goes to the OG lost phone).
HELP!
TYSM.

hi @ABIZ
you can still put your phone into Lost Mode through iCloud Find Devices even if it is offline
but when you message PM support agent, they can still blacklist the IMEI for you

Because it was LAST SEEN Friday...and GPS/data connection hasn't updated FIND MY.

Question @ABIZ If you dial your number and your phone is alive, why not sign into your Apple account online and click on Find Device and go get it?

Didn’t you read the suggestions on your previous post yesterday about the same thing?

hi @ABIZ
you can still get the code. If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)
if you can login the app on the new phone using those alternative ways , go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM
but if you still cannot get the code to login , ask PM agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:
