Anyone else experiencing service/data issues?

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

No service (SOS). “ LTE Calls Turned Off
Public Mobile has turned off LTE calls on your account.” This started last night. I am a new customer, but it was working fine before this. Can neither call or text. My payments/plan are up to date when I look on my account. Thanks in advance!
