@Scoman20Do note most promos are for new activations only. They are often $10 bucks off for a few months for higher priced plans.

If you are looking for a plan with a phone, I think the best promos right now are with Koodo at retailers like Best Buy or Walmart which gives $200 gift certificates and $0 cost on decent phones like iPhone 8 on tabs... Koodo right now offer $10 off for a year for their $50+ plans.

Haven't heard of any yet except the 1 GB free data that public mobile gave every user a few days ago
