I paid on Aug 27 for Aug 26-Sep 26. Then I changed to another higher charge plan and paid on Sep 12 for Sep 12-Oct 11.
I am supposed to get a credit of about $11 for Sep 12-Sep 26. But I could not find the credit in my account.
Am I not supposed to get the credit for the overlap period?

Thank you. Yes, I was supposed to choose change on next renewal date.

Unfortunately, no. You will not be refunded for that. Next time, make sure to select "change on renewal date" when you change a plan so you don't lose any money.

There is no credit for an immediate plan change. Next time choose change on next renewal date.
