Am I eligible to get a 2gb bonus data on just the $25 plan?

I received this email on February 22.. I spoke with live chat and I was told this

 

In this case, you can use the "Get Help" section from our website with a screenshot of the email that you got and a Customer Support Agent will take a look

 

I don't see any way of doing this?

Check the expiry date in your email. Also look at the small print at the bottom of the email for a conflicting expiry date. You can get the 2GBBONUS promocode data bonus with the $35+ plans with no limit to the bonus data.

I doubt it since you activated today since it expired on February 14.

 

If you activate before February 14 and forgot to add the promo code…I would say yes.

If you have screenshot to show otherwise of what you have been provided, then it is worth a shot to submit a ticket with that proof.

@smoothbutter   I doubt it,  12MONTHS2GB   was a promotion finished long time ago, Feb 14.    Unless you sign-up the email address and the email shows you another expiry date, or you ordered a SIM from PM site and it delivered late
