@diehlwithit Glad it works, we are happy you are back "connected" 🙂

Thank you!
It's easy to get lost on a site and miss what some may think is obvious.
You gave me clear step-by-step directions when I was already frustrated from too much time spent poking around, and I am telling you now, it was tremendously helpful.

@diehlwithit The setup is that the system only accept card payment with the one registered on the card
But, generally, you don't have to put another credit card for payment after a Autopay Failure. All you need to do is to go to Payment Tab, One time Payment and the select "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and manually enter the payment amount instead of using the Amount Due option there. Then submit the payment Usually that would work
After payment is accepted, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone

Are your services working? If so ignore message on your account.
If they are not working log into your self serve account and make a manually top up payment. Most recommend to choose the "other" amount rather than the amount owing under the Payment tab.
Or you can pay with vouchers, see here for more info.: https://publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/voucher-payment-options
If issues persist and have no services contact CSA for help.
Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.
OR
2- Private message the Customer Support here (slower method): https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@diehlwithit : Log in to the self-serve, click Make a Payment, choose Other option in payment type drop down (don't use Amount due), add enough to get your balance up to your plan cost.
Or if you know your 4 digit PIN you can use the 611 service.
