So i have a couple of days until i have to renew my current plan for the next 90 days but i want to change it because they have some new promotions now and want to upgrade to that. But i'm going through the whole menu and its like im setting up a whole new account which is not right, also my current sim doesn't work when i enter it (probably because its already active)
So my question is how do i go about changing my current plan to a new one without remaking a new whole new account which i would think is not the right move here.

I had an issue the first time on a future dated change, but it was resolved quickly, and was not a problem on my second future dated change (3 months later lol)

You first have to login to your self serve portal.
On the login page, the part that indicates "Account Status: Active", there is a button to choose to "Change Plan". After you click on it, it brings you to a page where you can select changes you want to your plan (talk, text, and data). After you selected your desired changes, on the bottom right corner, click on "Change on next renewal date".

Log in to your self-serve account, and under "account status", you should see "change plan". Click that to see your options.
