I just updated with my new credit card for autopay, now I noticed all rewards disappeared friend referral, loyalty, autopay. This is rip off! I have been with PM for over 4years. I can see this company is going downhill! Thinking of moving...

I am NOT worried that they would take any existing reward/gift add-ons away, they are there to stay. I sort of doubt they would only give future Christmas gifts to new points customers but it could happen.

I guess anything is possible... If that's the case I hope at least our existing stuff is grandfathered. I still have some left I haven't needed to use yet, short of a few long distance minutes

I keep wondering if there may be a change to “More the Merrier” this year like maybe “a bit Less the Merrier”…. I am worrying a little that it might morph into gifts or prizes only for New Points customers. I guess we may know in less than two months.

@hairbag1 "upgrade", roughly translated meaning laggy buggy mess with 2 separate areas of your account for no reason (rewards vs actual account. It was fine in 1 place, why change it?). Should have just left well enough alone and perhaps worked on fixing previous bugs rather than a UI overhaul nobody wanted 😕

With the introduction of Public Points on January 25th 2022 pm removed the rewards page from our self serve accounts and created a separate rewards account. It uses the same login credentials as your self serve account and can be accessed separately or from within your self serve account. Whatever you do DO NOT JOIN THE POINTS PROGRAM it is irrevocable.
BTW.....if you don't visit the community very often do so in December for the "More the Merrier" campaign's holiday gifts. Hopefully the 4th annual campaign will make its appearance again this year on December 1st.🤞🌲🎁

@tiktok0606...get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart, enough to pay for your regular plan renewal...then dial 611 to add to your account.
Deal with rewards issue later on.
Have you recently opted out of Rewards in favour of the new Points program ?

Same thing happened to me. My account currently suspended because I need to my reward. I sent private message to CSA but they have no idea about reward and keep saying my fund is not enough.

HI @fsm7268 changing credit card would not affect your reward. All rewards you see on My Account got from My Rewards site, so check there for most accurate rewards. If Incognito mode does not work, use another browser
and @hairbag1 if it means a perfect no glitch experience, I am so ready for a "downgrade"

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

Recent "upgrade" to website resulted in much vexation such as yours. Follow suggestions from @softech ...things should clear up.

@fsm7268 it should not. No worry, try using Incognito mode to login to both My Account and My Rewards, they should be there.
