@Aust - do you still have the old SIM card? You'll need to accept an SMS porting request from your old provider to approve the port to Public Mobile; usually this needs to be done within a 90 minute time period of activation. Or, is this a landline or voip number you are porting over?
If still issues after trying the number @hairbag1 provided contact CSA for help. Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.
Contact a CS_Agent if you this important step to restart the porting for you at:
