All I want is to update my CC but I'm locked out

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Trying to help my Dad get his new card nbr on his acct but he has locked his acct for an hour. Prior to this he was able to see his info, his card is about to expire and he doesn't want to loose his phone access.  Any help would be appreciated.

please wait an hour first, then  use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
