Any specific questions that community members can help with? CSA takes a few hours to respond sometimes.
With the ticketing system fixed last week, Public mobile prefers customers submit ticket for customer service agent support instead of private messaging. It should provide quicker response times (since account is verified) and better tracking by PM for different problems.
To submit a ticket, start with the chatbot. Or the following link:

hi @Jam57 you can connect to agent by clicking on the bubble k. the bottom left to use ChatBot, start by typing Contact Agent (Preferred way and faster response time)
if you don't get to ticket open screen, you can also message support agent here
