I'm just starting a subscription and a payment came out of my account but my account hasn't been activated how can this be resolved?? I can't afford to lose 38.00$

No I only made it to the 3rd step and then it said my payment couldn't be processed but it did take the 38.08$
but now it just goes back to the start of the process at stage 1 so I don't know what to do

did you use the app to complete the activation? On the app, you should finsih up the activation with Step 5 (phone number/port) and Step 6. You completed that?
If you have already done that, try your sim card in another phone (or let us know if it is an eSIM). If issues persists, you will likley need agent's help.

I was left off at step 2... in my bak account or shows public mobile took out 38.08$ for the 34$ plan

I still have to wait for my sim card but if I restart my app will it show or do I just restart my phone?

I'm carrying my previous number and it didn't show it was activated it kept asking for my banking info

Are you sure it hasn't been activated? Where did you leave off? Did you pick a number? What was the last step you were at?
