Having a hard time porting my number from rogers you guys  I need this number

What is the specific issue? Typically to port a number , you need to provide information that proves you are the owner of that number.

Also, you cannot cancel your Rogers service before porting it to Public Mobile. If you've already cancelled your Rogers service, you've lost your phone number unless Rogers can activate your account and give you back you number.

but, if you have already submitted the porting request, you can call the porting support group.  I will send you the number to your Community inbox

There is no phone number ot reach Public Mobile customer support agents.  For issues with your account or service, please open a ticket using the chatbot.
