@Grinch , probably due to it is listed as Top Add-Ons on the website (I guess that’s not one of the top add-ons)! Once we sign into our accounts we can see all of the add-ons that are available to us.

@Grinch , I signed into my account, selected add-ons & from the drop down menu I selected minutes, under the Canada Add-Ons section I see the Canada-wide Talk Booster 500 for $5.00 there!

Your screenshot does not have any Talk addon, maybe cache problem .  Try Private browsing
