On 28th Dec. when I was in US and wanted to extend my previous US roaming plan, I had requested a bundle of $20 for extension. I noticed the request was not materialized for quite a long time. Subsequently I opted for another bundle of $15 on same day, so that my phone could continue. I was under the impression that only one charge will be applied as I had one service during the time. However, now I notice that amount for both requests are deducted from my account. Appreciated if one amount is refunded for which no service was given.

That's only if the same US add-on is wanting to be purchased.
The wait can be avoided by CSA intervention.
Another flaw around here... 🙄

No worries, just contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot below or private message them on the envelope icon above.
They will help you out but be warned that it may take up to 30 days to process the refund.

HI @Rameshkonjier open a ticket with PM support. If it was really overcharged, they usually would refund without problem
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
