Lost SIM card have a new one want to put it in and get number back

@Jakekidman  - if you have your account listed as Lost/Stolen status, then go into your My Account and resume/reactivate it. Log out, then log back in.

Can you do the SIM-SWAP now?

I am also trying to deal with the same thing. DO you know if you have to do anything to activate the sim card or can you just put in the number and carry on?

Use a PC and clear your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser.

Give that a try.

@Jakekidman   you know what, forgot to tell you, use Desktop or Laptop!!

 

there is a problem with that page with Mobile browser, it won't work if you access on the phone

@Jakekidman   you just need to login to My Account, click Change Sim card from Quick link menu on top and follow the steps

Log in into your PM account and do SIM switch

Login to the account and use the change sim option in profile.
