I just renewed my plan and I am having trouble receiving and making calls. It seems like my plan didn't renew. I have turned off my phone and turned back on but not having any luck. All calls goes to Voicemail and I can retrieve the messages but not receive or make a call.

@kimsimms - a bit strange behaviour after a renewal, unless it was just a slight delay with actually getting connected to the network.
Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

If you tried everything that was suggested by other members. Remember not to turn the screen off or restart, you need to power off the phone.
You only other solution is to contact a CS_Agent and have a technician look into your issue. Create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.
This happened to me awhile back and the technician took a few days to fix.

Thank you....I reset the system and tried the airplane mode and it now lets me make calls but I cannot answer them

Yes - I checked when the payment went through to make sure that it was applied to my account and it says active

You could also try another person's SIM card in your device to see what happens.
Also try resetting your network connections and toggling airplane mode on and off.
If Services aren't functioning after that, try logging into your self-serve site and see what is displayed. You can also dial 611 from the device and hear an audible recording as to the account status.

Check your PM account to see if it is Active.
Try this before doing it:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
