Adding funds

Hi everyone

I have two accounts (well 3 technically).  One for myself, my son and gramma.  For some reason on my son and gramma's accounts I can always add funds at any point in the month.  On my own, it will only let me add with a payment voucher (new) or let it come off my card on the renewal date.  I am a long time customer and there were issues back in the day with just letting it come off your card so I have ALWAYS added money.  I want to continue to do that.  Any ideas if there is something I should toggle to make adding funds an option?

The only time PM requires payment by voucher is when a member disputes a PM charge with their CC company then payments are made with vouchers for a year.

But if the same CC is used for your son and grandmother then there is something wrong.

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through the Chat bubble for them to investigate.

The option is gone completely. The only button that exists now on my account is 'redeem payment voucher'. The other two accounts I can still add funds on so I can't figure out what happened to mine or what is different.

There isn't any setting to enable that allows funds to be manually added. A payment card only needs to be add to your Public Mobile account. From within the Public Mobile app, go into the Payment Area and choose Add Funds with Credit Card.
