Added data not shownig up on my account

I added data to my account and it is not showing up.  The payment did go through on my bank card.

Yes, what? Do you still see the amount in your balance? Did you click on all the little spinner refresh icons as shown earlier?

Do you have at least $15 in your balance? Can you check your phone to see if it quickly slammed down a gig of data since you bought it.

@GriffinBell01  Also note that data add on now expires after 30 days . And also know there’s a promo plan right now for 20GB for $39 that won’t expire . Might be worth a plan change for next renewal. If you but add ons often enough

@GriffinBell01   just in case it is a browser cache issue, please login My Account once more using Incognito mode

Check the payment history and see what is it showing, and check if the correct data addon was purchased

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
