Hi everyone,
I made a Canada-wide "Add-ons" 500 minutes purchase a few hours ago, but the service doesn't show up on my account and I still can't make calls. I need to contact a healthcare provider, and it is not a toll free number. I noticed that the charge appear in my bank records though. There is also a random additional fee of $11.75 from Public Mobile that went through. Please help!!

might be tomorrow. I ran into the same issue for an add on in the US 2 years ago, I took 24 hours to activate

Oh you're right Meow. The most $10 + tax can get to is $11.50.

I think the amount is not really $11.75 on the credit card either

But wait. Are you on the $15 plan and you're out of minutes? Or are you possibly on a province-wide plan? Because all other plans are unlimited Canada-wide.
It sounds like you added $10 to your account.

@Dlaurent Are you sure you did not just loaded the fund and didn't go back and buy the addon?
Login to My Account, if you see Available Fund = SOME AMOUNT same as the add-on you want to purchase, then you have just added the fund but didn't use the fund to buy yet. Go back to Add-on page and make the purchase. PM will not charge you again, instead it will use the money from Available Fund to complete the purchase

Purchasing add-ons is two step process:
1. add funds to your account and then
2. actually purchase correct add-on.
Reboot your phone, check your self-serving account. It should appear there.
