Keep your eyes out for my promotions on the right side your self serve account. No worries if you don't see it after 3 days because everybody who didn't receive it for whatever reason were able to get it manually added by a CSA (at least from the feedback I have seen on the community)

If you opened self-serving account and activated SIM and properly provided/entered promo code, you will see results within 3 days.

If you do not see it on your account by Saturday, then contact agent for assistance.

update: You meant you activated already but still don't see the bonus in your My Account?  it will come 72 hours after you activate.

 

If already over 72 hours, please open ticket with PM Support  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
