Hi there, does anyone know how I can see what add-ons I have on my account? I know I used to have UK Long Distance minutes but unsure where to find this information, or whether it expires. Any help appreciated.

are the minutes part of your plan? or those add-on you purchase?

if they are minutes part of your plan , you should see it showing something like this under Usage Breakdown:
2000 LD minutes 7 countries

using the mobile app, log in to your account...then look at Usage Breakdown to see all your plan detail including add-on.

Hello @Hils1 

It's on the very first page on your account when you open it. Overview, scroll down a bit where you'll see Subscription Usage. And you'll see an arrow that says Usage Breakdown. There you'll find it.
