still not work?? check My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check payment history and confirm if the purchase was completed

Try rebooting your device @Dagger
If you're looking to use a US Roaming add-on, you'll need to toggle on Roaming and connect to the T-Mobile network (or possibly AT&T).
