Ok so what to say if rewards are missing?
Signed up Black Friday weekend, was given rewards + new account rewards
Renewal was on Boxing day, payment was processed, but no rewards credited on renewal date?
The plan pages seem to imply I get the reward points every month no?

@Godzillaz Sounds extreme to wait that long but what can ya do they the ones in charge , hope you get a resolve soon . Thanks for keeping us up to date .

Ok follow up
Emailed Customer Service
There response was "system error" please "wait 72 hours" (aka 3 days)
So I check back today (Jan 2) and advised more than 72 hours have elapsed
Still no rewards
Anyone else hear about system issue?

@Godzillaz Since the renewal was as recently as Boxing Day I would have said give them another day or two since it was a holiday (although one would assume it is automated) but when I looked at my rewards this morning it doesn't look like I got any points on my renewal earlier in December. I just went back to check again but the page was unavailable, it said unauthorized. Perhaps they are doing an update.

@Godzillaz You earn points but once you have 15!points you can redeem $15 off your bill view your points in the rewards portal
