@RM81 , I have had redemptions stuck in pending before. Usually the pending is removed after a day. Support will process it immediately for you.

I redeemed a data add-on. It still says "pending" 4 days later (and is not on my account). I did receive a confirmation email. I have now also submitted a ticket.

Redemption are usually applied immediately. What do you mean stuck? Did you you refresh the site?
Which one did you redeem?
