I can see the payment is done in the app, but the add on for additional 1G data doesn’t work

Hey @Yawen
If you open the app, take a look at your subscriptions and add ons. Check if it's there. If it is, I'd simply reboot your phone and then try again.

so, does the addon show up in your My Account or app?
if it is there, then try reboot the phone and test, and make sure you disable data limter on the phone
