Add on data not showing on account

Hi,

I purchased a data add-on on the 14th and it didn't show up in my list of subscriptions, and it didn't even work on my phone when I turned on data only.

I checked my purchase history and it shows there but not on my account.

Help?

Thank you. I tried everything.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

Check also the payment history to see if PM really took the money and used it for the data addon

And make sure your phone not have any limited enabled blocking the data
