Add On for IDD not working

I added IDD calls for $15 on March 2nd and I still cant make IDD calls. How to I get a refund? or get this working ?

@lahirub   You meant 300 min International Long Distance add-on?  where were you trying to call?  Please note that only selected countries could be call using that add-on:

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

if you have never use any minute out of it , you can open  a ticket with PM and have them to reverse the transaction and credit the money back to your PM My Account as Available Fund, which will be  used towards the next renewal:

1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

Which international country are you trying to call?  

The PM long distance add on:

Calls must originate from Canada.

Do you see the long distance add on in your Data and Add on section in your overview page?  Purchasing an add on is a two step process.  Need to first load the fund to available balance and then purchase add on.

You could also try rebooting your phone and making sure that you are dialing the correct number.
