Activation issue. Drop down for region empty

Hello,

 

trying to to activate my new SIM card with a new number but stuck at the "select region" drop down. Tried on multiple browsers on different machines but the box is always empty and can't get past that to activate my card with a new number

Hello Mods,

 

I sent private messages to alomost all the mods but no one contacted me yet.

As I stated in my earlier posts I am paying two mobile carries this month. All I ask from mods to switch my current plan to the one I missed due to a known error "drop down for region empty".

 

hopefully this would be a simple fix. Is one of the mod willing to help????

Yes and I activated sim and took a plan and contacted @Mary_M , @Jeremy_M@Shazia_K and @Saray_O with all the details including sim order#. Mods please contact me if you need more info.

 

I am also currently paying for two mobile carriers onece PM $40/4GB plan is fixed I will port my number to PM and cancel my other plan.

 

Mods please take my request in consideration.

 

Hopefully one of them will help me soon.

I could not activated my sim online due to known error and I PMed my info to 2 mods.

I activated the PM sim and paid with my credit card.

 

Hopefully one of the mods will contact me soon.

Could you have already activated the sim? Did you enter your credit card details? Have you tried it in your phone?

As per Mary's steps I activated the sim on Dec 1st with a current plan and  I PMed Mod Mary_M my Public moble account# and phone# to honor the $40/4gb plan that I missed due to known issue.

Thank you all for your patience!

 

This is actually a known issue - as stated in previous threads, you will need to clear your cache/cookies or try the activation on a new browser. You should also shorten your name, to 10 characters or less and please do not include any commas, periods, or dashes. The glitch may cause some trouble activating at the first try, but if you try again, you should be able to activate successfully 🙂

I read that Public Mobile will still honour the $40 4GB/month  plan for who got the sim before closing date.

If you could help me to get the deal that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this - would you be able to try the activation using another browser? It might also help to choose a new number now - and port through your self-serve later.
