I tried to use the password reset link yesterday and the nessage said it sent me an email. The only problem is that i only actually got the email at 9:30 am the next day and when i clicked on it it said it was an expired link. So i got frustrated and tried to type in a possible password i thought i put in and i ended up getting locked out. I need to make my payment. Can you please send me a link to reset my password and also unlock my account?

Sorry to hear your having an issue. The password reset button function has not been working correctly for sometime now. In order to have your password reset you will need the assistance of the moderators. Send a message to the Moderator_Team, provide them with your name, account number and a brief explanation of your issue and they will be able to manually reset your password for you.
