I bought a new sim card, i already paid for a plan but i'm not able to activate it. It keeps taking me to the same page (login page). what can i do for refund or for fixing the problem? THank You

When I signed up last month I had a hard time with activation. Make sure you are processing the activation through the app and if you are having issues open a ticket. The ticket was handled in a quick and efficient manner and I was up and running in a couple of hours.
