Lost phone need to cancel

Kid lost her phone. Trying to sign into account to cancel payment and cannot because it keeps texting the lost phone to use 2FA. Please help. Chatbot just keeps going in frustrating circles @All

HI @Helpmerightnow 

you can get the code via email

just select "Didn't get the code?" in that security code screen and it will give you the email optoin

After you login My Account, just go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed"
