I did a new activation, used the promo code for bonus 2.5GB data that was emailed to me, but the bonus data does not seem to be added to my account.

@Mjraval : There are two coinciding promotions. One is the lunar new year for 2gb for 8 months on >= $25 plans. The other is an ongoing one offering 2gb indefinitely on >= $35 plans. If you used that one on a $25 plan then it won't work. You'd need to contact the CSA's to explain your mistake and they should be able to change it to the lunar promotion. If you submitted your email address and used that same address then also good.

HI @Mjraval you might be talking about the Lunar New Year bonus. Then yes, $25 plan is good and 2GB for 8 monhts

Promotion did specify $25 plans or higher were eligible so not sure why it wouldn’t work.

Yes correct 2gb not 2.5. Otherwise I did use the correct email and chose $25 plan

HI @Mjraval How long you have signed up for PM? Usually they will add the promotion within 48 hours. Wait the full 48 hours and check back My Account. The data should appears in the My Promotion section on the Overview page

You need to purchase a $25+/month plan for the 2gb for 8 months…not 2.5gb.
Also, while activating the SIM, you must use the same email address as the email sent to you by PM.

Which code did you use? The lunar new year code? Or the $35 + plan, reoccurring 2GB code?
It can take a few days to show up.
