Activation - didn’t get bonus data

I did a new activation, used the promo code for bonus 2.5GB data that was emailed to me, but the bonus data does not seem to be added to my account.

Promotion did specify $25 plans or higher were eligible so not sure why it wouldn’t work.

Yes correct 2gb not 2.5. Otherwise I did use the correct email and chose $25 plan

It was one posted as valid on $25 or higher plan
