Activation, cancelling plan before activation

I just purchased a plan and ordered sim card.  My card was charged for a month already.  I did not realize PM does not have roaming plans to Europe and Thailand and  I am just going there next month.  Two questions:

1. Can  I cancel the purchase  ( I just ordered the card today)

2. How long do I  have to activate the plan  -  for example can I activate it March and will my card be charged between now and activation ?

Unfortunately, my card was charged right the way and  already processed. Trying to resolve the issue with an agent.  Thank you for your advice.

@jolka you have 30 days to activate your plan so March would be too far out. If you are thinking about cancelling you will need to reach out to a support agent:

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

your card won't continue to be charged until you activate a new Public Mobile account.  If you wish to cancel, use this link to message Customer Support...
