I signed up for a plan with an esimm, I entered the payment info, I got the welcome email, there was no QR code in the email, I downloaded the Public Mobile App, I logged in with ID and password. The app is just got a spinning wheel. It doe not activate the phone. I have an iPhone 13. What are my next steps to activate my phone?

Thanks for the responses, I removed the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. The phone is connected to Wifi OK. Still no success.

Hello @bill123456, try reinstalling the app and check your wifi network. If the spinning wheel persists on the Public Mobile App and you're unable to activate your iPhone 13, reach out to Public Mobile's customer support directly. You can submit a ticket to a customer support agent using this link: CS Ticket Submission.

HI @bill123456 you didn't use the app earlier? you need to have the app to complete the activation.
Please uninstall your app first, reboot and install the app again and try login again.
