Hi there. I used to be able to send photos through text, and now it only works with android users. Same goes for group chats

@KarlJanzen , it sounds like the APN settings on your phone are not correct which is affecting MMS. Check and update the APN settings as required using the information in the link provided below.
RCS setting is to enable text delivery via a new protocol that will work on WiFi or mobile data. I would recommend turning the feature on if available. RCS is far more functional than the old SMS protocol. Note that RCS setting is different from and does not affect MMS functionality. MMS functionality requires correct APN settings and mobile data to be turned on.

can you check your usage history on My Account and see if there is any evident the message was sent to the iPhone users?
this can also be a problem with the settings with your iPhone friends, so it is hard to say it is a problem with PM or a settings on your phone

Rcs is turned off. Still doesn't work.

you have been using RCS to send with Android users
you have to either make sure your iPhone friends have RCS enabled on their iMessages, or you have to send regular MMS with iPhone users and not RCS
or make it easier, just turn off RCS, go to Message settings (assuming Google Messages) then General, then RCS Chat then turn off RCS.
