Activating my account on a new phone

Hello,

I got a new phone, new sun from public mobile, switched my sim and switched it on my account.  
Now neither phone’s cellular is working. When I try to submit a ticket I can’t because it is asking for two-step verification which is sent as a text message and I can’t get texts! Please help @CS_Agent

You guys - the SIM wasn't sitting in the slot well enough to activate *eye roll*.  I just needed to take it out and put it back in.

But it worked!

thank you. Now when I try to submit a ticket is says this - 

“Oops! We encountered an error processing your request”

Use the "resend code" option, and eventually, you'll be given the option to send the code to your e-mail.
