Activating eSIM

I juat paid for a new subscription for my brother, bit he's not with me physically. The phone is with him too. Can i download the app on my phone and activate his esim? I will also port his number from freedom

He only has 1 phone. Is there any other way to activate without the qr code?

Also, he was added as an additional line under our friends account. Will there be an issue when we port his number? We have the account number

hi @Patj  you can. 

but you have to be really careful

  the app will try to install the esim on your phone and you have to stop at that point

PM will send you the QR code in email and you can them scan it to install on the phone you want
