Activating eSIM while roaming

 Hi, I’m currently outside of Canada( more specifically Brazil) and trying to activate an eSIM, it will not work. My iPhone 14 pro adds the eSIM under Settings/Cellular/SIMs but the Public Mobile eSIM says “Activating…” and then I get a message telling me to contact public mobile and saying the activation didn’t work.

I already bought 2 eSIMs and even an international roaming addon and still get nothing. Can someone help me?!

move the most to the top right corner of each image and click X to delete

Unfortunately, Public mobile does not offer international country roaming (except for USA - requires extra add on).  You can't activate a PM plan in Brazil.  Public mobile will not work in Brazil. 

When you return back to Canada, you could complete the activation if you still need the service.

@Thiagon  Sorry Pm only has roaming in the US . It won’t work in Brazil . You best to get local ore laid simcard in Brazil for your trip

Please note that public mobile services cannot be used in Brazil or another country other that Canada.  Or USA with US add-on.
