Im unable to access customer support to assist with a phone number port. The number Id like to port in is a landline with one of bells subsidiary companies. Am I able to do this? Can a customer support agent help me with doing this?

It says the phones number isn't eligible. I guess thats answers that.

@JustinaG most number can be ported but not all
you haven't submitted you porting request yet?? if not, please check if it is eligible to port first:

if eligible, please activate using PM app and request port in by providing account number. Please note it take as many as 7 days to port from landline

@JustinaG First make sure the number can be ported in first . If it can just do it as you normally would on activation or after picking temp PM number and do it in your account profile page . And note land line to cell phone can take up a week to complete . Just have to keep checking each day until it’s completed
