Hi there,
I tried to activate a new SIM card and transfer my old Bell phone number to PM. I'm getting the 802 error code every time I am trying to activate my account. I submitted a ticket and an agent finally contacted me, asked me what the problem is, and then silence, no reply to my questions. Really not feeling good about switching to PM... Customer service seems to be poor.

When you stared to activate account did you keep bell sim card in phone? You don't put PM card until you get notification from Bell

@fbotca Feel free to ping CS Agent again. Sometimes you will get a different agent who may be more responsive. I've had differing levels of support from the agents, from satisfactory to very good.
